Description

This was our loyal/anniversary appeal solicitation for FY23. It was a multi-channel appeal: a postcard with unique sticker that recognizes years given (unique to each donor), followed by an email (with similar image branding). The audience is alums, current and former parents, and friends who give each year in the same month, so for example for September 2023, the mailing would go to donors who gave in September 2022 and haven't made a gift since 9/30/2022. It was mailed out monthly in FY23 and had a response rate of 8% and $0.09 to raise a dollar. We refresh the design and message each year.
