Member Relations Specialist
AGN’s members are the core of its business. We are seeking a Member Relations Specialist to serve as a key contact for members and as a critical source of business intelligence for the firm’s management team. A successful candidate will support activities related to business operations, customer support and fulfillment, database management, sales, marketing and communications.
Video Production Manager
The Video Production Manager plays a key role in helping AGN carry out its mission to deliver the best practices in educational fundraising by planning, executing, and evaluating AGN’s educational and consulting programs. A successful Video Production Manager will be an excellent project manager and demonstrate flexibility and creativity, as well as attention to detail and scheduling. Experience in production management, event management, copyediting or video production is an asset in this role.
Business Development Associate
AGN is adding a Business Development Associate to the team who will help us bring the benefits of membership to a wider audience. This professional’s goal is to develop and implement a plan to acquire new institutional members and upgrade existing ones. The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship-builder and have some experience in higher education or independent school development setting.
Data Analyst (may be contract, full or part-time)
AGN is seeking a Data Analyst to help with ongoing data maintenance and analysis, as well as strategic client-facing initiatives, focus groups, member surveys and market research projects. Help our company and our members extract insights from data to better serve our clients. An ideal candidate would be an excel whiz who likes to work with data, and who is familiar with annual giving metrics. The Data Analyst will serve as a critical source of business intelligence for the firm’s member relations, business development and benchmarking efforts.
Faculty/Consultant (may be contract, full or part-time)
AGN is always looking for exceptional faculty/consultants to provide insights and expertise to our members. Our faculty/consultants are advancement professionals with a deep knowledge of current annual giving trends and best practices who want to help train the next generation of leaders in the field. Faculty/consultants conduct research, develop and present webinars, facilitate workshops and provide coaching and mentoring to educational institutions ranging from independent schools to major universities.
