Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in AGN Membership. Please take a moment to complete the application below. You will be asked to provide a “primary contact” (often the director of annual giving) for your account as well as a list of “authorized users”. You may assign as many authorized users as you would like as long as they are currently employed at your organization.

Once your application has been processed, a welcome email and invoice will be sent to the account’s primary contact. Authorized users will receive separate emails with a membership code and instructions for how to access the benefits.     Although membership applies to your entire institution, only staff who are registered as “authorized users” have permission to access member benefits.
