Annual Giving Coordinator

Ann Arbor, MIAs a member of the university Annual Giving Team, a department of the Office of University Development (OUD), you will manage the administrative responsibilities of the Michigan Telefund student fundraising call center and the broader university Annual Giving (uAG) team. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, Annual Giving.
Please note: This hybrid role will work five days per week, with three days per week on site at Michigan Telefund and the opportunity to work two additional days per week remotely.

Responsibilities
- Provide onsite administrative support for the Telefund physical office environment.
- Participate in project management and execution of important projects across the uAG team
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to university departments.
- Work closely with and provide administrative support to Telefund student callers and managers
- Manage Senior Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings.
- Help with training of new uAG and Telefund staff members.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or project management in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated ability to write clear and accurate communications
- Experienced with Word, Excel and PowerPoint and related Google systems.
- Working knowledge of CRM database system use and management
- Project management skills
