As The Hotchkiss School progresses through the public phase of the historic $250 million Ever Forward campaign, it seeks a strategic and data-driven Executive Director of The Hotchkiss Fund to harness campaign momentum and grow an annual giving program that is central to the School’s success.

• Develop and execute strategy for a best-in-class annual giving program.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns and donor segmentation strategies.
• Engage and steward a vibrant community of donors and volunteers.
• Partner across advancement to support the final phase of the $250M Ever Forward campaign.
