Alternate education and pathways will be considered including an associate’s degree with 5 years or no degree with 7 years of transferrable experience.Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building relationships.Proficiency with technology, including database software, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication tools.A flexible, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to travel, work occasional evenings and weekends, and immerse yourself in the Susquehanna community.

Physical Requirements
This role involves the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, move throughout campus, and effectively communicate verbally. Occasional physical activities may include bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds. Work is primarily performed indoors.
