The Hamilton Fund is one of the top performing college annual giving programs in the US, regularly in the top 10% and often used as a benchmark for others. With greater competition from local, regional and national not-for-profits, we are re-imagining the work to build a new path for annual giving in academia. Key duties include recruiting and training volunteers, managing volunteers and their assignments in the GiveCampus Volunteer Management System, and coordinating the work of a team of student interns in their efforts to support volunteer engagement;
  • Helping execute Give Days or Donor Rallies and Athletics fundraising;
  • Supervising the donor relations components of the Chapel Bell recurring giving program;
  • Managing a portfolio of alumni and parent prospects who give more than $1,000 annually to the Hamilton Fund
