Job Description:

The Assistant Director of the Holy Cross Fund will have primary responsibility for three reunion gift campaigns, as well as overseeing volunteers and the fundraising efforts of 15 alumni classes. In addition, the Assistant Director will manage the student and regional phonathan programs, as well as assist with the oversight of the College’s class agent program. Reporting to the Director of Reunion Giving and Class-based Fundraising, the Assistant Director will join a talented advancement team during the public phase of the College’s largest comprehensive campaign.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years of experience, coupled with demonstrated success working in the field of development or transferable skills. Must have a strong sense of the mission of the College, be detailed oriented, able to work independently, take initiative, make decisions, work evenings and weekends as required. Strong communication, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential. Interested in traveling to meet with volunteers, good judgment and sensitivity to confidential information is required. Should be able to meet people easily, work well with others and project a positive image of the College.
