Associate Director, Integrated Marketing
The University of Oregon seeks applications for the Associate Director of Integrated Marketing position in the Annual Philanthropy Program (APP). The APP is a centralized fundraising unit responsible for building a broad base of sustainable, annual support for the University of Oregon from alumni, parents, friends, faculty, staff, and students. APP also serves the university community by providing expertise in direct marketing and strategic planning to its campus partners, as well as coordinating outreach to alumni and other constituencies to ensure that communication with these groups is effective and fundraising is maximized.
Working closely with the Senior Director, the Associate Director of Integrated Marketing works to further the goals and objectives of the Annual Philanthropy team and assists with the overall strategic development, management and execution of AP programs, campaigns and projects. This individual will oversee two FTE staff members and a student intern, as well as, all internal fundraising efforts, including: Direct Mail, Email, Telefund, Crowdfunding, Day of Giving and AP Stewardship. The Associate Director will also manage program budget(s); and represent Annual Philanthropy to a broad audience of alumni, donors, UOAA members, university partners and campus administration.This position is responsible for the direct solicitation of donors and members.
Salary is commensurate with experience and will range from $45,000 to $60,000. The university offers an excellent package of employee benefits.
