We mail an appeal annually at the start of each school year. This year we did an initial mailing with a photo mailer follow-up to certain high-value audiences: BOT, leadership donors, parents' committee members, new and returning parents, etc. The remainder of our audience: alumni, active past parents, etc. just received the second mailing, which was our photo mailer. Our revenue for this year was roughly triple that of previous years.
