This email was sent to Columbia’s multi-affiliate alumni and donors as part of our FY23 fiscal year-end campaign. We leveraged dynamic content to personalize the email based on the recipient’s university affiliation. Personalized elements included the recipient’s first name, different ask language/amount, and quote graphics from specific staff/faculty.
