Phonathon Manager

The University of New Hampshire seeks a Phonathon Manager to manage the student phonathon program. Maintain a staff of 65+ student callers, learn the automated calling software, Campus Call, and work closely with Campus Call Project Manager to reset the program on an annual basis and otherwise use day-to-day to support calling shifts and reporting needs.

Create an annual plan and goals for the phonathon program through coordination with the Director of Annual Giving to ensure it fully integrates into the broader solicitation strategies and goals for the department.

Minimum qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Three years of related experience in fund raising, communications, marketing, public relations, sales or other related field.
  3. One year of supervisory experience.
