| Description | We've made a concerted effort to increase our retention rate. One tactic we're using is better stewardship for new and loyal donors. We have postcards for when a donor gives at 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, & 15 years in a row. The attached sample shows our 2-year version. The 5, 10, and 15-year versions have a handwritten, personalized message from a student instead of preprinted copy. |
