| Description | GVSU’s Student Philanthropy Week has a two-pronged goal to strengthen the culture of philanthropy on campus by: Educating students on the impact philanthropy has on their GVSU experience. Students learn what it means to give back financially and through volunteering via fun on-campus events. Teaching on-campus student organizations how to fundraise for their initiatives. Students learned how to leverage their networks to fundraise through the Student Philanthropy Week crowdfunding page: gvsu.edu/giving/spw. Thanks to generous challenge gifts, there was some friendly competition as students met different fundraising milestones. |
