This work is a Team Captain Support Guide created for MacEwan University's Students First: Champion Greatness fundraising campaign. The intended audience was staff and faculty volunteers who served as team captains, encouraging their colleagues to participate. The purpose of the guide was to provide volunteer materials, including key talking points, campaign details, and email templates to support effective peer-to-peer fundraising. Unique aspects of this work include the emphasis on personal storytelling by team captains and the integration of flexible, easy-to-follow activities to build excitement and foster a fun, community-driven approach to fundraising.
