Coaching

AGN is please to offer coaching services which provide staff with dedicated consultant (an experienced annual giving pro!) to mentor and advise individual members of your team. Coaches typically meet with staff on weekly basis over zoom to set goals, review progress and provide guidance and feedback as it relates to the ongoing planning, implementation, and analysis of their annual giving programs.
