Coaching & Mentoring

AGN’s coaching programs provide access to annual giving experts who can train and mentor individual members of your team. While coaching engagements are customized to meet each person’s specific needs, coaches typically meet with individuals on a regular basis to help with planning, review progress and provide guidance related to the ongoing implementation and analysis of their annual giving programs. AGN Members get additional access to experts through weekly webinars and online “office hours” where they can drop in to ask questions and receive feedback.
