What is an assessment? It’s a thorough and comprehensive audit of your annual giving program. Led by an AGN Consultant (a certified annual giving expert), every assessment includes:

  • Interviews with key staff and stakeholders
  • A detailed review of your program’s data and materials
  • Benchmarking against other organizations
  • A written summary of observations and recommendations
  • Coaching to help implement the recommendations (optional)
