Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Engagement and Annual Giving, the Associate Director of Annual Giving Annual Fund executes overall strategy, and provides management and leadership for segmentation and execution of annual giving direct mail campaigns, digital communications, and the solicitation marketing plan/schedule, related technical processes and software, performance measurement, and goal setting. The Associate Director is responsible for the successful development and execution of an annual solicitation cycle for Emerson’s Annual Fund and Parents Fund across all marketing channels, including print, email, mobile, and social media. The Associate Director will work in partnership with the other Associate Director of Annual Giving who oversees special projects and crowdfunding, to execute a complimentary strategy with a focus on acquisition and retention of donors. They will provide the Assistant Vice President with data-driven, timely analysis of all
