Associate Director, Frontline Annual Giving
Overview
NYU’s Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Associate Director, Annual Giving. The selected candidate will collaborate with the Senior Director of Annual Giving and Donor Relations to manage and implement the Stern Annual Fund’s cultivation and solicitation strategy. The selected candidate will oversee frontline Annual Fund fundraisers, providing metrics, mentorship, strategy, and guidance, as well as be a leading frontline Annual Fund Officer in our efforts to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward our 110,000+ business school alumni, friends, and parents to increase annual unrestricted financial support as we look to expand our ever-growing pipeline of supporters for Stern’s Graduate and Undergraduate students and programs. The Associate Director will also assist with fundraising volunteer committee management.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience with frontline donor fundraising, leadership, strategic thinking, and volunteer/team management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The selected candidate must have strong written and verbal communications skills, Excel and analytical skills, public speaking skills, organizational skills, and the ability to prepare and manage budgets.
