Description 

Working closely with the Headmaster and Chief Administrator for School Advancement, the Director of Advancement Services is responsible for the oversight of the annual fund, constituent relations, and managing the day-to-day operations of the advancement team. The Director of Advancement Services will lead and supervise the advancement office staff. The Director of Advancement Services is accountable to the Headmaster and the Chief Administrator for School Advancement.

Requirements

• Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, proficiency in all office-related technologies including Google Education Suite and Microsoft Office, possess strong communication skills, and possess the ability to form relationships with all constituencies.
• Three years of experience in school or School Advancement are strongly preferred.
