Description

Kicking off around National Puzzle Day, this alumni engagement campaign featured a custom 200-piece UVA puzzle for donors who gave $25 or more. The multichannel campaign was rife with puzzle puns and was successful in reactivating (779), renewing (910) and acquiring (572) donors. It also garnered 579 second gifts for the fiscal year.
