Description

We performed an A/B Test for approximately 1 year with our pan-UVA audience to determine whether mail pieces with a live stamp or an indicia would perform better. This had implications for both time efficiencies and cost savings, and our hypothesis was that a live stamp would perform better. However, the indicia audience generated higher revenue by $22K.
