Description

We're running our first "We Miss You" campaign for alumni in a reunion year who have solicitation/communications controls that are 5+ years old.This multi-channel opt-in campaign includes text, email, mail (attached), and 1:1 gift officer outreach. If alumni fill out our survey updating their preferences, they are entered to win W&M luggage. We're about halfway through the campaign and have already hit a response rate of about 5%.
