Randolph College is seeking an experienced fundraising professional for the position of Director of the Annual Fund. Position is responsible for the overall management and ongoing development of a multi-faceted annual giving program to raise and increase unrestricted giving and participation from alumnae and alumni, parents and friends of the College, along with maintaining a portfolio of prospects and donors.

The annual giving program comprises direct mail solicitations, travel with face-to-face visits, telephone cultivation and solicitation, student and staff phonathons, e-solicitations, a class agent program, and a robust Reunion giving program. Position works closely with Development and Alumnae/i offices.

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in fundraising and a demonstrated track record of annual fund program design and implementation. Bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience required. Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as direct solicitation experience.
