Sidwell Friends, a co-educational Quaker day school with campuses in Washington, DC and Bethesda, MD, seeks an Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Alumni Engagement, and exercising a high degree of independence, the Assistant Director will support and implement strategic plans for a robust alumni engagement program that covers a wide range of alumni interests, provides meaningful experiences and deepens connection to the School and with fellow alumni.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to strengthen an already powerful alumni program by executing current programming and elevating creative, meaningful opportunities for alumni to connect with each other. Volunteer management is a critical aspect of the role.

The Coordinator should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 2-4 years of experience in Alumni Relations or a related field, with the ability and willingness to travel. Must have Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and be comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
