Position Summary:     

To assist Executive Director in building a comprehensive annual giving program for UF Health. To oversee the creation and of implementation UF Health development Direct Mail solicitation for targeted groups of alumni and friends. To build and ensure consistency and sustainability of a fundraising strategy for annual campaign; set fundraising goals and develop plans necessary to successfully meet goals. To oversee and maintain efficient processes for Southeastern Healthcare Foundation development operations. To serve as leader in new data systems implementation designed to improve communication with various constituent groups for the purpose of annual fund solicitation; and serve as a key liaison to other units around such implementation in support of the “One UF” model of collaboration.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s required; 5 – 10 years complex  fund  raising  experience  in academic medical center preferred. Candidate should have at least two years direct mail and event specific solicitation experience, proven success, senior leadership skills and a collaborative team approach to fund development essential. Previous experience relationship building and stewarding of donors and prospects is essential. Previous supervisory experience is essential.
