Position Summary: 

Independently coordinate strategies to achieve fundraising goals through a multi-channel approach through email, direct mail, phone, and social media solicitations to support Annual Giving appeals. Solely responsible for all operations and management of Student Phonathon Call Center, including staff hiring, training, and motivating the team to achieve fundraising goals. Leads planning and implementation of current student engagement strategies with University Advancement. Collaborates with staff, alumni, students, and parents to increase awareness of philanthropy at Gannon University. Must be able to support and promote the University’s Mission.

Required Qualifications: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: One to three years of direct experience in fundraising, sales, communications, community/public relations, and/or volunteer management.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of diverse cultures or backgrounds are required. Computer literacy is required, and social media management is preferred.
